  • How expensive is TS3 compared to other construction methods?

    The TS3 construction method is comparable in cost to reinforced concrete projects. In general, timber buildings today are no longer more expensive than comparable solid construction methods.   • How much does TS3 cost?

    The cost of a TS3 flat slab can be most easily estimated using the formula: CLT thickness × CHF 1 (or EUR) per linear metre of connection.
    Example calculation: CLT 200 mm; 200 × CHF 1 = CHF 200 per lm.

  • Who applies TS3 on the construction site?
