In the current issue of the Sunday newspaper, an exclusive topic special on sustainable construction has been published. Among other things, TS3 is presented as a company that already focuses on sustainable construction and makes timber construction a competitive alternative to conventional building materials.

The Sunday newspaper has published a thematic special on sustainable construction in its current issue. TS3 is part of the issue and shows that timber construction is a real alternative to conventional building materials. The advantages of wood as a building material are obvious: For one thing, wood stores CO2 during its growth and can thus contribute to climate protection. In addition, wooden buildings do not have to dry out for a long time after they have been built, which allows them to be completed and occupied more quickly. The low weight of wood is also an advantage when adding storeys to buildings. But the building material is not only convincing from an ecological and technical point of view: wooden buildings also offer natural and comfortable rooms, which have a positive effect on the indoor climate. However, timber construction also poses some challenges that can be solved thanks to TS3 technology. Thanks to an innovative process using a two-component polyurethane casting resin, floor slabs in large buildings can be built entirely of wood - a real alternative to reinforced concrete.
