First residential construction project in Luxembourg!

This summer, the timber construction phase began on the “Kiischten” project in Junglinster (Luxembourg). Three apartment buildings, each with three stories plus an attic, are being built here. The floor slabs are made of cross-laminated timber (CLT) and bonded together using TS3 technology.
The Project in Numbers:
- Approx. 3,216 m² CLT
- 870 running meters of TS3 joints
We are very excited about this milestone and look forward to realizing our first residential construction project in Luxembourg together with all stakeholders!
